We process account details, traveler and trip information, support messages, device and security data, and information required by approved travel suppliers to provide requested services.
Travel documents
Passport or identity information is requested only during checkout when required for the selected itinerary. It is transmitted to the booking supplier and is not intended for marketing use.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with contracted suppliers, payment and fraud providers, hosting providers, and authorities when legally required. We retain information only as long as needed for service, accounting, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
Contact support@suddland.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of applicable personal information. Some booking and accounting records must be retained by law.
